About
Adriano is an Italian award-winning composer for film and television. BAFTA Connect Member and Berklee alumni, he holds a position as Professor of Composition for Screen at Conservatorio di Musica Santa Cecilia in Rome.
His most recent projects include the Rai TV-Series Nuovi Eroi, the feature film The Truth (on Amazon Prime Video), the feature film That place in time (Nexto Digital), and the Rai film Fame, recipient of the XV Jerry Goldsmith Awards (2023) for Best Music in a Feature Short Film.
Aponte's music is featured in the Netflix TV Series Savage Beauty, the TV Trailer for the Primetime Emmy Awards-winning animated sitcom South Park ~ Season 25, the trailer campaign for the Amazon Prime Video TV Series The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, and the trailer campaign for the Disney+ TV series Willow, among others.
He composed the music for the Hollywood Music in Media Awards (2022) winner (Best Music: Dramatic/Crime) and Music+Sound Awards (2021) nominated (Best Use of Production Music > TV Trailer/Promos) Sky TV Promo for the TV series Mystery Winter (hosted by Laurence Fishburne). and for the Jerry Goldsmith Awards (2019) nominated (Best Score for Advertising) Vimto's UK multi-channel TV advertising.

"A Quartet" comes from a very intimate place reflecting some recent personal life events.
Inspired by minimalism and its developments each track explores different scenarios given by the multiple shades of the string quartet and its capability. Although the strings are the focus here, some other acoustic elements along with more modern and trailer-oriented sounds are included, to offer broader entertainment and a wider spectrum of feelings.
While listening to the full album the listener can experience their own journey, perhaps finding inner battles and dilemmas, sadness, love, and ultimately grit. The album produced and published by Molecular Originals, is now available on all music platforms.
